Blueberry and Banana milkshake



Blueberry and Banana milkshake

Here is the first variation on the classic banana milkshake. This is a great breakfast shake - a bit like a liquid blueberry muffin.

Ingredients

1 large or 2 small bananas
1 large handful of blueberries
2 tablespoons yoghurt
200 ml milk

1. Slice the banana and add it to the blender along with the blueberries.
2. Add the yoghurt.
3. Top up with milk and blend.
